Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Role

This role is responsible for assisting and supporting the delivery of digital marketing initiatives and marketing strategy for SsangYong Australia. Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the integrity of product and campaign communication across various channels, including web, social and POS.  On a day to day basis this role will:

• Assist in the delivery of the national marketing strategy in developing and managing digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and enquiry generation across various channels.
• Update product content and campaign communications across digital channels.
• Continuously improve and manage SsangYong’s digital eco-system, including CMS, CRM, LMS and advertising platforms.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to support product, campaign and marketing goals.
• Efficiently manage all creative digital assets, providing effective search, utilisation and distribution.
• Work with agency partners and suppliers to ensure digital marketing initiatives are delivered on time and on budget.
• Support and liaise with our dealer partners (and their suppliers) in maintaining a high level of consistent branding and communication across all channels (including POS and brochures).
• Produce, collate and maintain digital marketing reporting.
• Identify trends and insights to improve digital marketing performance.

Our Candidate

Our ideal candidate has an undergraduate degree or Masters, together with 5 years professional experience:

• Experience updating CMS content and maintaining websites.
• Experience working with CRM, email marketing and reporting platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in B2B2C preferred.
• Experience with Adobe design suite will be viewed favorably.
